ANDREW EDUCATION USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
Effective Date: 27 May 2025We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. If you wish to delete your data from our records, including data collected via WhatsApp or our website, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email to support@andrew.education with the subject line: "User Data Deletion Request".
Include your full name, phone number, and the method of interaction (e.g., WhatsApp, website contact form).
2. Verification
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion to ensure security.
3. Data Deletion
Once verified, your data will be deleted from our records within 7 working days. You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
4. Limitations
Please note that certain records may be retained if required by law or necessary for legal compliance.
